NEW FOR 2026
New Route for the Whole Dam J.A.M.
For several years, the northern portions from Strang, to the Pensacola Dam, to near Jay have become more dangerous as trucks have gotten larger, roads have deteriorated, and the events at America's Outdoor Adventure Park north of Jay have attracted more and bigger monster trucks using the same routes as our riders. So, we're pulling the century in closer.
New for All Routes
All four routes head east from the start line the same way as always and are escorted across Highway 20.
Then, all routes turn east to continue on old Highway 20. The 1/2 DAM J.A.M. follows Old 20 as it curves to the south, while the other three split off and head north onto Cole-Strang Rd. to Rest Stop 1. The 1/2 goes to its familiar first rest stop in downtown Salina, then continues on the familiar route you've come to love.

If you like scenic beauty, smooth winding roads, and hills, this is as good a century as you'll find. From Pryor to Strang to Spavinaw, and Lake Eucha, 105 miles through the rugged Spavinaw Wildlife Management Area, before returning on the smooth, rolling Kenwood Road to Lake Hudson, then home. Just in reach of the well-trained, first-time century rider, this one will challenge the most experienced.
For 2026, the Whole and 3/4 routes stay together until mile 38. For the first time, Century riders will ride with the 3/4 riders through Spavinaw, use the Wickliffe Rest Stop, then continue to Kenwood Road at the new route split location. The Whole goes east and the 3/4 goes west. From there, century riders will be on familiar roads but going the opposite direction, and some not so familiar unless you've ridden with us maybe ten years ago. You'll cross the bridge over the east end of Lake Eucha, climb up to a new rest stop location, then turn onto Kenwood Rd. You'll stay on it all the way to the turn to the pumpback & Chimney Rock Lake, before returning along familiar roads back to Pryor.
Riders on the Whole Dam Jam must average at least 13-14 mph for 105 miles, including stops, to finish by 4:00 p.m.
One self-regulated shortcut option is available if you aren't on pace. We recommend you consider this carefully.
Time Check Bailout option at the 105/68 route split - reach Mile 38 by 10:50 a.m. otherwise, turn west to finish on the 3/4 Dam Jam (68 miles)
Self-regulate: we won't monitor bailout times or force you to take the shorter option. But if you aren't on pace at the designated 10:50 AM time check, we strongly recommend taking the shortcut.
If you choose otherwise, you're unlikely to make up time as the 105 route gets harder and the day gets longer and hotter. After the 4:00 PM end of service, you will have the option to take a SAG back to start/finish, or continue on your own, unsupported.
No other effective shortcuts after 38 miles. The Whole Dam Jam map shows the bailout location and details.
